For the 4th time.. Fuck that banner.. The banner is not the issue here..
They said that they didn't support bestiality but they approved a bestiality site.
Even if the banner promoting that site was just a normal porn banner, the content of the site is clearly bestiality.
The "they changed the banner" excuse can't explain why they approved the advertising for the site.
