They are relying solely on client side cookies and that cookie is set for just one hour and my tests show when cookies are disabled or cos of default IE settings system fails to track referrers. But yes, you can still link directly to join form.

I didn't know anything about new codes. You can still use the old ones though right?
I mean their new system may track referring URLS and all of that stuff, but that's nowhere near as important as counting each and every join.
