I read Dr Reisman's article on worldnetdaily.com today.
I couldn't help but respond. I sent her the following...copied to the editor at worldnetdaily.com

Well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And.. while on the subject of protecting children :-)
(a) Version of USC 2257 which has been on the table since the 90's, has not had one instigation of action since that time for the protection of children.
Why?
I understand the US Govt created this Act exactly for the purpose of child protection. Are we just talking the talk and not walking the walk?
(b) It was six months ago now that the US Gov, for the first time ever, actually give up a body for prosecution after that individual committed multiple sexual offences against children in another country.
Other nations never seem to have this hesitancy problem prosecuting pedos. Why does the US have a problem?
BTW... That first instance in US history of allowing a pedo to be prosecuted elsewhere did not come easy. It took over 2 years "negotiating" and finally threats of embarassment internationally before the DOJ saw sense.
For a Govt that is now showing this great concern over children by "hyping" a new version of 2257, - sorry, the cred ain't there. A leopard is known for it's spots and track record.
PS... Personal and serious note :-) Frankly, that is the main reason, forgetting the "biz", that I got no intention of complying or being involved in any USC 2257 bullshit. I got more respect for children than has been shown by the US.
