Yes I'm sure that excuse wil fly with the DOJ while they haul your ass off to jail. I mean in the end you may be right( or not ) but how much money and how time time in jail, how much time in court did you have to spend proving you're right. Not to mention now everyone in your town thinks you're some kind of sexual freak after their women and children perhaps pets. Wouldn't complying be much easier?
