I realize the parents are somewhat to blame here. But as a child you are not BLIND to reality. You see on TV what happens when you kill someone...You have influences other than your parents in your life such as school.
Not giving the kid any responsibility for their actions is absolute bullshit. Kids know they shouldn't be stabbing people and they are well aware that bad shit will happen to them if they do.
Yes, you're right...this kid in all likelyhood wouldnt have done this if she had grown up at a country club.....but still SHE did it....Michael Jackson's dad isnt on trial last time i checked for beating the shit out of him and making him into a child molestor
