If you use them you'll get 60% of what they bring in (same as with your regular signups and rebills) and if you don't use them then no harm, no foul.

But with a revshare program I can't see putting up anything that affiliates don't get their fair share of. This includes cross sells, upsells, alternative billing, exit consoles, etc etc.
