Last night we went out for a snack. We went to this local restaraunt and she ordered a strawberry iced tea with real strawberries floating in it!


I told her, those strawberries are only for show! Look at them! They looked like runty strawberries. She said nonsense, speared them with her straw, and ate a couple.


I wake up and she's in the hospital. I called her and sure enough she had food poisoning and she's puking and shitting and can barely move. The hospital just sent her home after giving her 3 fluid drips.


Lesson here, do not eat the garnish!
