She is canadian period , get over it ..
I suppose stating a fact like what it says on her canadian passport is "irrational" and "bandwagon jumping ?"
I suppose i should have stayed off the bandwagon and inserted a random country into her passport she doesnt own ??
Guess what... the girl is ugly i could care less, i wouldnt fuck most of the girls in that comp.
4+4 doesn't equal 9 because 4 was born in 5land.. it equals 8. Only an irrational person would claim otherwise.

Unless you hadn't noticed, I posted what I posted because it's fun to fuck with the massive inferiority complex that infests Canadian culture. Just like it's fun to fuck with the massive superiority complex that infests American culture.
Anyway....I guarantee that 99% of Canadians could not name this girl before she won Miss Universe, but once she wins, all of a sudden Canadians are on message boards making threads with titles saying "Canada Won Miss Universe!"
IMO nationalistic bandwagon jumpers are pathetic.
I congratulate the girl who won. I believe she deserves the credit. Canada didn't win, she did. I say congratulations to Natalie Glebova. By the way, Russia didn't win anything either, Natalie Glebova did.
People who go out of their way to proclaim that this is a win for Canada and Canadians do so probably because they have a desire to be part (take credit) of something larger than themselves in order to promote their own personal significance.
