How can someone post a quote when all the variables aren't known yet? There are more factors to design that just a template, and pretty much all it would turn into is a bunch of designers cutting each other up to undercut the competition. I doubt that much productive is going to come of that.
I for one, don't like to give a quote unless I know what's involved in a project, how would I know that other factors that are explained after the fact won't make it so that either I, or the client, is going to get ripped off (or at least not the best deal they can get) by giving a quote without knowing all the pertanant information?
