I lived in Lexington for around a year and a half...hated it!!!

Moved there after five years in Hawaii and 1-1/2 years in California.

I joined the Navy at 17 to get the fuck out of there.

I never understood why Kentucky has so many hick towns with small populations that have names like Paris, Rome, and Versailles (which the locals pronounce "Vur-Sales").

The only thing I liked about Kentucky was playing basketball with and against two former NBA players (James Lee and Jack Givens).
