Sadly is it little more than a fucking fantasy dream't up by a mentally retarded control freak and, because it is the US and everyone in the US instantly thinks "Is it legal?" each time they breath, - these assholes are actually accepted.

Got news for ya! Next month Fed Govt is gonna cut off your bollocks as part of a DNA sample for a new National ID system. You know the enormous benefits? No more identity theft blah... So, can you please make yourself available for the bollocks removal surgery?
