it is illegal for any thai person to perform in a sex video. though law enforcement is a good 20+ years behind what we are used to in the US. corruption is pretty blatant so one can get away with shooting hardcore here if you can afford to pay off the cops (whatever amount they see fit to ask for) & don't mind being deported + banned from ever returning.
softcore "porn" is legal as nudity is not as "bad" as actual sex. i'm sure you've seen many of the softcore thai adult sites that have been around for a long while now & nobody's fuckin w/them (as far as i know).
btw, many of your sites are blocked from thailand by the thai government so sites like greenguy, jay's, maybe a bunch of other long-standing well known sites i just can't enjoy from here. plus, many adult website owners who have shot here prefer to block thailand from access to protect the girls who performed.
