Not quite to be honest.
CC-billing is always more flexible with pricing, rebilling options, etc.
However, PBP is by far the best additional billing for users without CC's.
It's a better replacement for dialer and voice-billing, and from conversion rates and user feedback it's obvious, they love it.
Like I mentioned in my first post, PBP is the new Trend in alternative billing.
