DON?T PUT YOU LIFE AT STAKE!

In view of the recent changes in federal law pertaining to the recording by the adult industry of personal identification as defined in 18 USC 2257, your safety may be at risk! If you have performed as an adult entertainer since 1993, you may be at severe risk and may be vulnerable to identity theft, stalkers and assault.

With the approval of changes to the regulations implementing 18 USC 2257on May 23rd, 2005, all primary producers of adult entertainment are now required to give away unedited copies of your personal identification to anyone the Government deems to be a secondary producer!

Who is a Primary Producer?

?(c) Producer means any person, including any individual,
corporation, or other organization, who is a primary producer or a secondary producer.?

Who are secondary producers you may ask?

?(2) A secondary producer is any person who produces, assembles, manufactures, publishes, duplicates, reproduces, or reissues a book, magazine, periodical, film, videotape, digitally- or computer- manipulated image, picture, or other matter intended for commercial distribution that contains a visual depiction of an actual human being engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct, or who inserts on a computer site or service a digital image of, or otherwise manages the sexually explicit content of a computer site or service that contains a visual depiction of an actual human being engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct, including any person who enters into a contract, agreement, or conspiracy to do any of the foregoing.?

What is a secondary producer required to do with your personal identification:

?(b) A producer who is a secondary producer as defined in Sec. 75.1(c) may satisfy the requirements of this part to create and maintain records by accepting from the primary producer, as defined in Sec. 75.1(c), copies of the records described in paragraph (a) of this section. Such a secondary producer shall also keep records of the name and address of the primary producer from whom he received copies of the records.?

SAVE YOUR LIFE

If you have worked for any company that distributes ?content? for the Internet, that company is now required to provide unedited copies of your identification to ANYONE who purchases or licenses images of you that the producer distributes.

Think about it. Anyone that purchases a photo set from any of the hundreds of content distribution sites on the Internet will now be giving away your home address, Social Security Number or any other pertinent personal information published on the identification you provide.

The Government defines Identifications as the following:

?Sec. 75.1 Definitions.
(b) Picture identification card means a document issued by the United States, a State government or a political subdivision thereof, or a United States territory, that bears the photograph and the name of the individual identified, and provides sufficient specific information that it can be accessed from the issuing authority, such as a passport, Permanent Resident Card (commonly known as a ''Green Card''), or other employment authorization document issued by the United States, a driver's license issued by a State or the District of Columbia, or another form of identification issued by a State or the District of Columbia; or, a foreign government-issued equivalent of any of the documents listed above when both the person who is the subject of the picture identification card and the producer maintaining the required records are located outside the United States.?

What can you do to help protect yourself?

You can do a few things immediately.

The first we recommend is to immediately apply for a United States Passport! This is an acceptable Identification under Sec 75.1 of the Regulations and a

Passport DOES NOT contain the following information about you:
? No personal address listed on a Passport.
? No Social Security Number Published on a Passport.
? No Phone Numbers are published on a Passport

We recommend you get a Passport NOW!

A US Passport is easy to apply for and can be received in as little as week!

Complete the application and take it with your Picture ID, Birth Certificate and other pertinent documents to a United State Post Office that accepts Passport Applications. Pay the Clerk for the service and wait for it to arrive in your mailbox!

As for your second identification we strongly urge you to carry a copy of your Birth Certificate.

This document contains no pertinent information except your date and country of birth. It shows nothing that will generally track back to you 18 years or more after the fact.

BE SAFE ? use these identifications and keep as much of your life personal and safe as possible.
