One of my FAVORITE features is...
Click "Tools", "Options", "Web Features", and the "Advanced" button. In the "Allow scripts to:" section DESELECT "Move or resize existing windows".
Any webmaster that does pages to resize or change the browser window should be anally raped with a telephone pole.
