Yea.. we got USC 4444, USC 9423, USC 3421 to deal with. They say.. "you shall not flog dirty panties using the USPS and any USPC Inspector caught sniffing them is charged with a felony with an imprisonment term of 20 years since this is deemed to be a pleasurable experience"
Dunno why.. but that reminds me of a friend who made a habit of removing all unfranked stamps from letters and cashing em in for monetory value. He was still peeling stamps off letters when he had over $20 mill in the bank! :-)
