I never really paid any attention to everyone calling Rich a liar. However, his "break both your arms in 10 seconds" and "shatter your arms into a million pieces" tell me what a wannabe asshat he is. If he knew anything about the martial arts he was trying to talk about he would have made neither of those statements. Sounds like someone that did a google on the style and now claims he knows all about it.
