1. go to the site you are wondering about and check if they are 2257 compliant, remember the custodian of records address if there is one.
2. If you find it skip to step 4, if you dont read on.
3. Look at the source of the page and find a link that goes to a file in the cgi-bin/something dir and eds with a .cgi.. copy the link
4. go to
www.thecjregistrar.gov and enter the custodian of records info into the COR field or enter the link from step 3 into the CJL field
5. press submit and wait
6. go back to the site you are checking and click on the links 10 times, if you dont see a gallery in 10 clicks it's a CJ
