I always assumed little titties faired better over time, unless of course you have kids then that changes everything. I just turned 30 AGAIN this year

, and let me tell you I can tell a difference this year more then previous years, so I started using a little tip a Japenese friend of mine told me about. After you get out of a hot shower splash ice cold water on your titties, the contraction actually helps build up the mussle tissue and fight gravity

I would imagine the results would be even better for you then for me.
