Honestly, I think her boobies are great the way they are. However, I can totally understand the desire to have larger ones. If she wants them for herself, then she should talk to several docs and get as many opinions as possible. If she's doing this for any other reason, she shouldn't get them! I got my boobies because I wanted them... it wasn't for the biz at all.
I remember about a year ago, someone was asking for donations on the board for new boobs, and got soooooooooooooo much shit, it was insane. In fact, she doesn't even come on the board anymore because of it.
