I heard on the radio that there have been 36 cases of blindness.
Viagra has been presecribed to 25 million men worldwide, not counting all the knockoffs.
So, literally, there is roughly 1 in a million chances.
And, from what I hear, the patients were already prone to blindness due to other risk factors.
So, the short answer is: Viagra does NOT cause blindness.
