Those are really fine breasts as they are, they are smaller but have a nice shape and so on.
They are also probably a little too small to have the needed structure to support good implants, which means over time she would end up with heavy, misshapen looking breasts because she just isn't built for them.
She is hot and sexy the way she is, and she will stay young looking much longer with some stupid looking bolt-on accessories pushing out her shirt.
