eh, i'm a content producer and i have seen lots of implants going wrong. even if they went to a doctor that produced good results before. but not every body reacts in the same way - so you never can say with 100% certainty whether it will succeed or not.
second: when a girl like her poses for pictures you can be almost sure that she has enough self esteem to do so - if she'd feel uncomfortable she wouldn't do this job - at least thats my problem when i try to convince girls with small tits that do not feel comfortable.
and third: why do they feel not comfortable? because people like you are out there and talk girls into feeling bad because their tits are not D or DD. which i call stupid.
