If it's not profitable for an individual to import drugs to bali, then it's not profitable for baggage handlers to do it either...

The baggage handlers were shifting the drugs INTERSTATE. ie, from some queensland grower to the sydney market. The domestic flights have little or no restrictions unlike flying out of the country.. if you've got someone on the inside you can move it around very easily.. if baggage handlers HAVE JUST BEEN CHARGED WITH RUNNING DRUGS IN THE LAST MONTH doesn't that say something? I've heard interviews with a baggage handler talking about people using it to ship it around.
The problem is that the baggage handler supposed to intercept it at Sydney fucked up and left it in the boogie board case where it went to Bali.
Moving pot interstate is a big thing.. Adelaide and Queensland > Sydney where people buy shit per GRAM. lol
