Find girls that have had the procedure done by specific doctors, and get in a ladies room for inspection fun. My ex did that with about 40 other girls her general size, found a group of 10 girls that were all fantastic with no scars whatsoever and an extremely natural feel. Long story short: She went to that doctor, had it done, and would up with boobs that look exactly like Carmen Electra's. And no scars.
