1) How did you get your start in the video business? When was you first scene and with who? How many scenes and movies in the arsenal now?
1993, as a way to fund seeing Grateful Dead shows, I started with my wife making videos and sending them to Homegrown Video which advertised that it would pay $20 per minute for footage back in the day.
The company was in a bankruptcy at the time... original owner got in over his head with the wrong people... sad story... unless you pick it up from where my wife, brother, and i borrowed money from my mom to buy the assets...
We picked up about 600 titles, the duping, mail list, and some editing gear, and the brandname which has always had amazing cache with the fans for a sweet deal.
