I can't believe you posted this - LOL. I just had to throw out 8.00 worth of pork chops! Defrosted them and the next day they smelled so awful I had to throw them out. Personally, 4 days defrosted (which is the way I read your post) is too long to leave pork out - it's not worth getting sick over. Toss them.
