If true, it is a lousy host ! All they have to do is uncheck the " suspend account " and/or increase the BW allocation.
Or it is on your end.
If that happens when your store is live, you will be in problems. On line customers are very paranoid, and after a purchase, they right away feel " what if I got fucked " ...
Some call me on my 800 to verify if the address is OK. But in fact, they want to be reassured that there is an answer and business at the end of the wire....
