Serge, there is no statute of limiations on the fraud you perpetrated.... "i speak no english. i only advertise" might have been enough to send your friend to Israel but when a judgment is brought against him and his peers I will make sure to send the FTC over to this thread where you brag about your riches.
FYI fake whois data for your O domain is unlikely to help your plea with the FTC.
