I just marinated one with black peppers, red hot peppers, red vinegar, bay leaves, red Spanish wine, salt, herbs of Provence and will cook it in the foil tomorrow and will open a bottles of 1996Baron Pichon Longueville...or 2001 Foxy Shiraz, depending on how spicy and hot it came out
