"i bought 2 they let me have a combined mauitence fee of $570 instead of $400 each. I couldn't beleive that - he kept making the deal better and better."

I don't know much about time shares...is this a yearly maintenance fee? Those I know who have invested in time share programs have mixed feelings. If you have $30,000 to throw away, then enjoy yourself.
