Thanks LOTF I try to lighten up a little sometimes. And Kudos for spending the time in convention lectures, they may be boring but I've picked up some good info in them as I am sure you have. It's just frustration on my part, I can't understand why people don't take the business end serioiusly until something like this happens. And then everyone acts surprised about reg's that have been being discussed for over a year. If you can't save some money to consult with an attny of your choice in a years time but you can travel to a convention and party well beyond your means. It truly is time to shut your operation down. ( not directed at you bro in general).
