I do not necessarily agree that judgment with regards to Slavik?s involvement is warranted here, and you seem to be burning that bridge unnecessarily. He's a business man who saw an opportunity and took it. As unfortunate as it is, your only recourse at this point (IMHO) is to go after it legally or move on and learn a lesson from the situation.
