if you refuse to get a laywer and are dumb enough to trust everyones word here and other boards for the survival of your company - then best guess is "yes" you will need every single friggin ID for all models on your site and you will in addition have to digitally tag each picture to your records along with keeping track of all websites that have any of your pictures that you either allowed or sold on them.
