dont your trusting your companies future to a chatboard? you get shut down and end up in court and look at the judge and say, "gfy said I could use the pictures, so whats wrong?"
get yourself a lawyer who knows 2257 regulations or call the free speech people (sign up with them) and stop looking for answers on a chat board from armchair lawyers !!
if you refuse to get a laywer and are dumb enough to trust everyones word here and other boards for the survival of your company - then best guess is "yes" you will need every single friggin ID for all models on your site and you will in addition have to digitally tag each picture to your records along with keeping track of all websites that have any of your pictures that you either allowed or sold on them.
this is very serious shit we are talking about here - stop taking it lightly by letting others who are not trained 2257 professionals assist you
