The logical answer would be to believe that most non-US webmasters would then sign up and promote non-US sponsors. But would those sponsors be able to fill the shoes of the US sponsors?

and what would be the impact on the US sponsors business if they would suddenly stop accepting traffic that comes from anyone who lives outside the US ?
a sponsor getting 1000 joins daily would suddenly get 500, dont you think it would be a HUGE problem for them?
