Correction - no we don't - we have the opportunity to go down other avenues.
I could shoot content all day long here and publish it legally on the net without even thinking about US law.
And if I want to legally get around sponsors TOS, no problem. Its so easy to send traffic into a fully compliant page or site, get my drift.
