I think a lot of you are missing the point. In business, it's important not to alienate your customers, your partners, your associates, etc. Sometimes you have to step back and look at the big picture. One small deal of little financial consequence, might result in a big future loss if the deal pisses off someone you do business with. Of course, some people are unreasonable, overly demanding, and always creating headaches. In my opinion, DomBuyer is not one of these people. I have done multiple transactions with him and it has always gone smoothly and positively - a testament to him as a businessperson.

From what I read I do no think anyone was malicious or intentionally trying to stick a dagger in DB's back. And perhaps he is looking at the issue from a limited perspective. But he did let Aga and Slavik know he was upset and that he felt that a binding agreement had been reneged. He did not like the business practice, and gave them both a chance to remedy the situation. They didn't, and this thread was born. I don't necessarily agree with creating a public thread - but then again I operate differently.

I don't think this is a matter of technicalities, or even legalities. It's about keeping good standing with those whom you conduct business with. My
