The FSC is saying in a press release that only paying members of the FSC will not be in trouble during any possible injunction that they are awarded on behalf of their members?

That doesn't make sense to me. I'm not bashing the FSC, but how would they go about telling a judge that the applied for injunction is just to temporarily stop enforcement or prosecution of their paying members?

My understanding is that if the right judge issues an injuction for a law, then the enforcement of that law would have to cease until reviewed.

Wouldn't the enforcement agency involved have to stop during such period of time?

If you were not a member of the organization that applied for the injunction, certainly your private attorney could mention the injunction if necessary.
Type it into google, then click the deffinition. It will show you all the legal meanings.
