Arrogant, greedy, jeezus frea Republicans already control the White House, Senate, Justice Dept. and now they are stacking the courts. They want it all and until someone with balls steps-up to challenge them, freedom loving Americans who know what the first amendment is all about are screwed because those in power could give two shits about Freedom of Speech. This is the 80's porn witch hunt all over again. Only this time they have changed the laws (like 2257) so that they can basically put anyone they want out of business. In the 80's the Justice Dept. side-stepped the consitution to go after porn. The Justice Dept. ignored the law in order to pursue a policy which reflected their own personal, religious beliefs. Read "The Government vs. Erotica" by Phil Harvey. Let's hope that courts haven't been too stacked with right-wing nuts.
