You do NOT know what's the deal with the domain, you don't know whether AGA consulted Slavik, or whether Slavik was bidding on the domain and you had NO idea about it.

As for the rest of your crap, stop there: I had a binding agreement, and slavik intervened. In actuality, I could have sued AGA for the domain, and Slavik would have been forced to return it to me, but that's not how I work.
I contacted slavik and he ignored me. I take binding agreements seriously.
