It sounds like "Aga" decided to settle debt with Slavik, rather than sell you the domain. That is just the way he placed his priorities. Is that reason to post on GFY and try and bash Slavik and "Aga"? No.
It was within "Aga's" right to cancel the escrow process when he did. He had not yet accepted payment, he merely agreed upon selling.
