It's very simple: He committed to me, and then consulted Slavik, and slavik told him it was worth more. Then he cancelled the escrow.
When he ignored my request for an explanation, I told him he'd better explain why he cancelled or expect a very public hazing of his rep. It was then he decided I had "bullied him" into making a decision...lol...despite the fact he told me where to send the escrow and agreed to it.
It's just that simple.
