your contract is with aga, not with slavik. what slavik did was questionable and isn't something that a good business acquaintance would do but that's like asking somebody who bought a car from a third party up from under you and then you expect them to give you the car...I've been ripped EXACTLY like that but it never crossed my mind to enforce the contract that I had with the seller with the other buyer.
