I guess you overlooked the % of revs and the few million shares of stock huh? S8's and convertable preferred, etc...You should read all the filings...most public company's executive officers only take very small salaries on paper and make it up in options and other performance based scales. I suggest you look at a few public companies to see what the executive compensation is, and maybe buy a good book on the stock market.

That's ok, but before you stomp, you should get the facts. Otherwise you risk showing your own ignorance.
