For Internext 2005, the sales staff were expressly instructed to not try and sell any thing to anyone and to visit each exhibitor and make sure they were taken care of, and of course, to sort it out if there were any issues.
I remember, right after the show you brought this up... which then led to me storming into the sales department with guns a-blazing. (Which I actually LIKE to do from time to time, so it's all good.) As it turned out, they DID drop by your booth, and DID discuss issues... just not with you, Darren. You should be careful what you wish for though... Just wait till next time, you know you're on my radar now!
