You forgot something he should of said "No" to the doctor pulling the bullet out of his head.
What people forget was that he was conscious and walking around after he got shot. They could of left the bullet in his head and he would of lived a normal life.
But he didn't stop the doctors from probing his brain with tweazers and metal objects trying to get the bullet out. In reality thats what killed him. Having your brains scrambled by backwards medicine what a way to go...
