Obenberger is a great attorney, and a person won't go wrong there, I agree. But judging Bernstein because one of his client's sites in non-compliant is silly. I was speaking with Obenberger just yesterday and he told me that he's often frustrated that his clients don't always implement his advice. So your example is silly Aaron.
