Replace the site with a dummy domain landing page right now. Its not worth getting that box pulled along with everything else on it.
I had a couple of my friends get owned two weeks ago for this sort of stuff. Anything that the FBI/DOJ publicizes to this degree will warrant some serious enforcement action, not just a takedown request/threat.
