The biggest tell-tale sign that it is a fake is that the real Paypal will always address their email to you personally. They will put "Dear ::yourusername::: at the top of the email.
The fakeass ones always have "Dear paypal user" or something similar.
Never click their bullshit. They'll want you to verify your account information, but all you're doing is telling them how to rip you off if you fall for it.
Anyway, better to ask than to get swindled. Good think you didn't fall for it king.
